You agree not to transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
IshmitChat does not require registration. We store only hashed IP addresses and session tokens. Conversations are not permanently logged. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
IshmitChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
