Moderation Policy

Our Approach

IshmitChat uses a combination of automated rate-limiting, session controls, and user reports to maintain a safe environment. We do not employ real-time content scanning but respond promptly to abuse reports.

Automated Controls

• Rate limiting on messages, queue joins, and registrations per IP.
• Session expiry for inactive users.
• Maximum message length enforcement.
• Age confirmation checkbox required before starting a chat.

Reporting Abuse

Email admin@ishmitchat.com to report abuse. Include the date/time, nature of the content, and any screenshots if possible. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Zero Tolerance

Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM) is strictly illegal. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement and report any such content immediately.
